Directions:
1. Ensure hands and ear opening are clean and with clean hands, roll the ear plugs into a tight and crease-free cylinder
2. To straighten ear canal, reach over head and pull up and back on outer ear using the opposite hand
3. Quickly insert the ear plug into ear canal and hold in place. The ear plug will expand to create a comfortable and secure fit
WARNING: Improper fitting may result in hearing loss or injury and will reduce the overall effectiveness of the ear plugs.
Discard after several uses or as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on ear plugs.
