Instructions
Clear your ears before inserting by pinching your nose and blowing. It’s advised for the EarPlanes ear plugs to be inserted one hour BEFORE landing and remove AFTER landing, when cabin door is opened. However, for chronic suffers, you can insert your EarPlanes just BEFORE take-off and they can be removed when the airplane reaches MAXIMUM altitude. Reinserted the ear plugs one hour BEFORE landing.
Use your opposite hand to pull the top of your ear upward and insert the ear plugs into the ear canal, ribbed end first and turn like corkscrew until snug.
RECOMMENDATION: Do not reuse after two flights since pollen, dust, and moisture will reduce effectiveness.
