Use MotoSafe ear plugs for relaxed motorcycling and prevention of hearing damage
Motorcyclists are exposed to more than 90dB of noise, even at a speed of 100km/h. According to the law ear protection is compulsory if a noise level exceeds 85dB, making MotoSafe, Alpine’s safe ear plugs a necessity for motorcyclists. The MotoSafe ear plugs contain two different interchangeable filter sets for average use and for a greater attenuation. These special wind noise filters guarantee optimum protection, but allows you to hear ambient noises and communicate clearly. MotoSafe ear plugs are very soft and very comfortable to wear in the ear. MotoSafe is your guarantee for relaxed motorcycling, you’re sure to enjoy your ride longer.
Instructions for use
USING THE PROTECTORS
Use the enclosed insertion tube to insert the protectors and slide the tube over the filter stem. Insert the hearing protector into the ear by slightly pulling your ear up and using a rotating motion until the protector fits snugly.
OPTIMUM FIT
Thanks to the soft and flexible thermoplastic material used the ear plugs are very comfortable to wear. However, you may need to make some small adjustments to the protectors as everyone has a different ear profile
1. If you have a narrow ear canal, you can simply adjust the ear plug by using a sharp pair of scissors and cutting off the largest lamella all-round
2. If the ear plug is too long it may protrude from your ear. If that is the case, carefully remove the filter from the ear plug, cut off a small section of the stem and replace the filter in the ear plug
CLEANING/LIFETIME
It’s a known fact that Alpine ear plugs last longer with the right care. When cleaning the ear plugs, make sure you do so using lukewarm water and a little soap or with AlpineClean.
