Directions

1.    Reach over your head and pull back an outer ear to straighten ear canal
2.    To form an airtight seal use your opposite hand, grasp ear plug stem and insert by pressing forward with a twisting motion
3.    Wear the plugs the entire duration of the ’noisy‘ event

WARNING: Gradually break the seal and remove the ear plugs slowly with a twisting motion.
