Directions:

1.    Ensure hands and ear opening are clean

2.    Roll ear plug into a tight and crease-free cylinder

3.    To straighten ear canal, reach over your head and pull-up and back on the outer ear

4.    Insert ear plug well into ear canal and hold in place until it expands

Warning: Hearing loss or injury can be the result of improper fitting and will reduce the effectiveness of the ear plugs.

After several uses or as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on ear plugs, ensure you discard them.
