Directions

1.    To straighten ear canal, reach over your head and pull up and back the outer ear
2.    Grasp ear plug stem with your opposite hand and insert by pressing forward in a circular motion. This will form airtight seal

Caution: Do not push the ear plug into ear so far that you are unable to easily grasp the stem with thumb and forefinger. To gradually break the seal, remove ear plug using a slow, twisting motion. Rapid removal may damage eardrum. Do not pull cord to remove from ear. When using the ear plugs for water activities or where there is a risk that it may get caught up during use, remove the cord from your ear plugs with a firm tug. Do not use for sleeping and only use as directed.

WARNING: Keep away from infants and small children. The non-toxic ear plugs may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe, or if cord is wrapped around neck. This could lead to serious injury or death. Ear plugs should be worn at all times in noisy surroundings. The effectiveness of the ear plugs may be reduced and hearing loss or injury could be the result of improper fitting or disregard of the above recommendations. Do not use for scuba diving or at depths over 10 feet.

Cleaning Instructions: After every use wash with mild soap and warm water and dry thoroughly before reinserting into ear. Store in original case and discard the ear plugs if they come in contact with lubricants, solvents or other chemicals. May be used in chlorinated water. Ear plugs should be inspected regularly for serviceability and replaced if hard, torn or deformed. If they are used on a daily basis, ear plugs should be replaced every 2 to 4 weeks.
