Directions

1.    Remove ear plug(s) from card backing
2.    To form a cylinder–shaped ear plug use both hands and roll the foam lengthwise using thumbs and forefingers
3.    To straighten the ear canal, use your opposite hand to reach over head and pull up and back on the outer ear
4.    Insert by gently pushing forward while using a turning motion in the direction the ear plug is rolled up. This should ensure a comfortable and secure fit

Tip: If you have a smaller ear canal it’s best to roll the ear plug slightly tighter.

WARNING: Hearing loss or injury could be the result of improper fitting and will reduce the effectiveness of the ear plug. To remove the ear plug, slowly twist it out to gradually break the seal. Rapid removal may damage the eardrum.

Discard as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on ear plugs or after a few uses.

Check ear plugs every 30 days for best results and replace if flattened.
