Directions
1. Ensure hands are clean and roll plug into a tight crease-free cylinder
2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your outer ear up and back to straighten ear canal
3. Insert the ear plug well into ear canal
4. To ensure a comfortable and secure fit hold the ear plug in place until it expands
