This pack contains one pair of disposable EarPlanes that are recommended for a single use.  These ear plugs are good for one round trip flight and mountain driving.

Instructions

To clear your ears, pinch your nose and blow before inserting. For best results, ALWAYS insert EarPlanes one hour BEFORE landing and remove AFTER landing, when the cabin door is opened. You may ALSO insert EarPlanes just BEFORE take-off if you suffer chronically.

EarPlanes may be removed when the airplane reaches MAXIMUM altitude. Re-insert one hour BEFORE landing. Use your opposite hand to pull the top of your ear upward and insert the ribbed end of the ear plug, turning it like a corkscrew until snug.

RECOMMENDATION
Since pollen, dust and moisture can reduce the effectiveness of these ear plugs, do not reuse after two flights.
