Directions

1.   Roll the ear plugs into a tight crease-free cylinder with clean hands
2.   To straighten ear canal, reach over head with the opposite hand and pull up and back outer ear
3.   Insert each ear plug into ear canal and wait until they expand. This will ensure a comfortable and secure fit

WARNING: Hearing loss or injury could be the result of improper fitting and it will reduce effectiveness.

After several uses or as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on ear plugs, discard them.

WARNING: Remove ear plugs slowly with twisting motion. Breaking the seal must be gradual as rapid removal may damage the eardrum.

WARNING: Keep away from infants and small children. These ear plugs are non-toxic but may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe which could lead to serious injury or death.
