1. To form a tight seal, place the ear plug over the opening and flatten. Try to avoid hair by tying long hair back
2. Do not insert into ear canal
When loosening and removing the ear plugs, press up behind your ear and ensure you don’t cut, break apart or elongate ear plugs. Make sure you throw out the ear plugs when they’re soiled or no longer sticky (usually last up to five uses).
If flying, wear these ear plugs for the entire flight. Made with non-toxic, hypoallergenic silicone putty.
