Because we custom make your ProGuard Sleep Earplugs using non allergenic medical grade super-soft (25 Shore) silicon, they are extremely comfortable, fitting snugly in your ears and covering the bowel (concha) of your ear offering maximum noise reduction.

You will feel refreshed and ready the next morning after using these soft, comfortable earplugs.

What happens next?
After you have ordered your custom ear plugs from us, you will receive a package in the post which will include:

An empty plastic box (to keep your impressions safe in once made).
A pre-paid envelope.
Your Unique ProGuard Reference Number and instructions.

Then simply go to http://www.proguarduk.co.uk and click on the REGISTER tab. Enter your personal details together with your Unique ProGuard Reference Number on the supplied card. Please telephone 0208 639 4440 if you have any problems.

Once completed ProGuard will contact you on the daytime number you have provided and an appointment will be made for your ear impressions to be taken at a mutually convenient place and time. An audiologist will check your ears and assuming everything is fine, will take the impressions. The process is completely painless and will take no longer than 15 minutes.

Pop the finished impressions inside the plastic box provided and together with the name & address card place inside the pre-paid envelope and post them off.

Your new ProGuard Custom Fit Ear Plugs together with a leather pouch will arrive back to you in approximately 14 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the "View my orders" section of your "My account". Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of entering until a member of our dispatch team processes it.

Can I track my order?
