Here at All Earplugs we understand that you are entitled to change your mind with your purchase and are happy to give you a full refund.

If you no longer require your ear plugs, please return them to us in their original, un-opened condition.

If your ear plugs are faulty, please return them to us for a full refund. We want our ear plugs to arrive in perfect condition and if they don’t we want to know about it. Send your ear plugs back and include a note with your name, address and full details of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

For all returns please post your ear plugs and send to: (it is recommended to have your post recorded in case there are any problems, or if the package is lost)
